
jccFITplan (Fitness Introduction Training) is your way to get started on the path to better fitness. It’s complimentary for all new members! With the help of a qualified personal trainer, we help you get into the habit of exercising, keep you motivated and create a personalized fitness program just for you. The program includes two 45-minute one-on-one orientation sessions with a personal trainer in the JCC’s modern, well equipped fitness center. PERSONAL TRAINING AT THE JCC
Get results, build strength, improve flexibility, prevent injury and meet your fitness goals with personal training at the JCC. The JCC’s 15+ certified, professional personal trainers work with men and women of all ages and abilities to help you get in shape and stay in shape.

Areas of expertise include cardiac rehab, children and teens, cross training, functional fitness, injury rehabilitation, senior adults, sport-specific training, body building and weight loss training.
You can schedule just a few sessions with a trainer, train several times a week, or just check in periodically. Train with a partner or train in small groups. Trainers are available at any hour that the JCC is open.
With your personal trainer’s guidance and support, you’ll see results you wouldn’t necessarily achieve on your own! And sooner than you’d expect.

THE PILATES STUDIO AT THE JCC
Anyone can benefit from training in our private Pilates
Studio at the
JCC - from young adults and aging baby boomers to post-rehab patients
and elite athletes.
The JCC's peaceful, sunlit, natural
wood studio provides a space for you to
train on dedicated STOTT
Pilates® equipment with certified instructors. The studio includes STOTT Professional
Reformers, a Cadillac Trapeze Table, jumpboards, stability chairs and
more. 
Training in the Pilates Studio can help you:

CHILDCARE
For your convenience while you work out, the JCC offers a safe, fun and active childcare room for children ages three months to 10 years old. The babysitting/childcare room is located across from the main gym. Childcare rates, hours and policies.
