The JCC Travel Club invites members and nonmembers to join us
on our upcoming trips.

The Travel Club holds bi-monthly dinners with entertainment at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC.  For more information on trips or dinners, call 617-558-6448.

NEW TRIPS

• Berkshires Overnight (August 25, 26, 2010) - Includes Jacob’s Pillow and the Berkshire Theatre Festival. Tour Jacob’s Pillow and see the popular dance group The Hubbard Street Chicago.  At the Berkshire Theatre Festival we will see a popular Rogers and Hart musical, Babes in Arms.  $100 deposit required. Cost:  $349/member of JCC and Travel Club; $354/JCC member only; $359/Travel Club member only; $369/nonmember.
  
  
• Summer Escape to the White Mountains (August 3-5, 2010) - Deluxe accommodations at The Valley Inn, Waterville Valley. Includes two breakfasts and two dinners, Camelot at Summer Theatre, “On Golden Pond” cruise, shopping at Tanger Outlets in Tilton.  $100 deposit required.  Cost:  $374/member of JCC and Travel Club; $379/JCC member only; $384/Travel Club member only; $389/nonmember.
  
  
• Exploring Historic and Jewish Charleston and Savannah (November 9-14, 2010) - Visit well known, old synagogues in Savannah and Charleston, tour the historic areas and learn about the Jewish history, visit Middleton Place, a national historic landmark plantation, the Gibbes Art Museum and explore the rich history, art and ecology of the low country at Palm Key. Trip include five nights accommodations in Charleston and Savannah historic districts, four dinners, four lunches, breakfast each morning, airfare and airport transfers. Cost:  $1855 per person double occupance; $410 single supplement; $400 deposit.

• Adams National  Historic Park (June 15, 2010) - Visit the birthplaces of two presidents, John Adams and John Quincy Adams at the Adams National Historic Park in Quincy. Visit the “Old House” at Peacefield that served as the summer White House for the Adams presidents and the Stone Library, built to house the Adams’ collection of some 14,000 historic volumes. Lunch at Venezia Restaurant. Cost: $59/Member of JCC and Travel Club; $62/JCC member only; $65/Travel Club member only, $71/nonmember.
